At Willows at Fort Mill, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Willows at Fort Mill welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two. Contact our leasing office for more information!

Community Fees

• Administrative Fee: $175
• Application Fee: $75

Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process. 

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
